Do you have Quicktime or Media Player (make sure that have a later release, not necessary with absolutely latest) ?

If not still working, which page are you using to listen ?

Yes, thats version 11 and latest as you said.

It should be working, do you maybe have a popup stopper ? When you are trying to listen for the first time of a session it pops up a small window where they asks for which your preferred media player is, a choice between Quicktime and Media Player. If you have a popup stopper, either try holding down CTRL key while clicking on the LISTEN button or disable the stopper.

If that doesnt work you maybe need to reinstall Media Player or/and also some codecs, some file may be damaged on your harddisk. Try to download a package of all "de facto" codecs for Media Player here:

http://www.free-codecs.com/

Look for a codec package called K-Lite Standard (standard is all you need normally, it includes a lot of codecs, no reason to download the full release it installs unnecessary codecs that may even slow down processes).

Good luck :)

Sincerely
Roberth

Did you also check that you are not using a popup stopper or holding down CTRL while selecting LISTEN button to avoid a popup stopper function ?
